Shari lives just east of Lancaster, Pennsylvania with her husband, Mark, and daughter, Jaydin.
Raised in South Florida, Shari’s lifelong wish to see snow led her north to the Boston area where she majored in History and American Studies at Brandeis University. Her next move was to Arlington, Virginia, to study law at the highly regarded George Mason University School of Law.
Shari honed her negotiating skills in the Arlington County Commonwealth Attorney’s office and, after graduation, as an attorney for the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. Her fondness for people and talent for public speaking led the Institute to appoint Shari to lead their government relations initiatve. On the Hill and across the country, Shari taught legislators, regulators, and public safety officials how to make America’s roads and vehicles safer.
After seven years in Arlington, Shari and her husband relocated to Lancaster, where she joined a local law firm, practicing family law and civil litigation. After the birth of her daughter, Shari decided to transition to real estate, merging her interest in homes and architecture with her experience in negotiation and her enjoyment of working with people.
Besides real estate, Shari’s pasttimes include theater, movies, reading, sewing (although she is terrible at it), food (both eating and cooking), and travelling.
