This included an evaluation of furniture and decor placement, and subtle changes to enhance the appearance and flow of the home. The photographer prepared beautiful marketing materials, including high-quality photos of the interior and exterior of the home, floorplans, a 3D tour and drone images. At the time of this sale, it was the highest list price and highest sale price obtained within this community.

This condo was part of an estate with an out of town Executor. I worked closely with the Executor to assist with all tasks needed to facilitate the sale to minimize their need to travel to the area. I advised them on staging the condo to prepare for the photographer. The photographer prepared beautiful marketing materials, including high-quality photos of the interior and exterior of the home, floorplans, a 3D tour and drone images. We included a drone video of the community that highlighted the beautiful outdoor pool and tennis court available to residents.  At the time of this sale this was the highest sale price obtained within this community.

The photographer prepared beautiful marketing materials, including high-quality photos of the interior and exterior of the home, floorplans, a 3D tour and drone images. At the time of this sale, there was another home listed for sale in the neighborhood. The sellers had some concerns of competing with that listing. However, that home did not have a thorough professional presentation and it took significantly longer to sell, while this home was under contract in only 7 days.
