Lititz is a dynamic small town located seven miles north of Lancaster City. It was founded in 1756 by members of the Moravian Church and named after a castle in Bohemia. Lititz is known locally for the Independence Day celebration, going strong since 1813. Budget Travel named Lititz winner of “America’s Coolest Small Towns” in 2013. Since then, the cool factor may have grown with the expansion of Rock Lititz Campus, a 96 acre campus supporting the live event industry. Not to mention, Lititz has a walkable main street commercial area with many bars, restaurants and shops. Thinking of making a move to Lititz?
